This course is ideal for all those who are in the process of setting up their own food business and for those who wish to train their staff
This one day course only requires a few candidates to make a group for the training to go ahead. A group of 5 students is sufficient for the course to run, so that there is an opportunity for class discussion and group work.
Candidates will learn in a traditional classroom setting. This will enable them to take part in group discussions and work with fellow candidates in strengthening and supporting their knowledge of food safety.
